Today, most businesses utilize digital means as their primary method to communicate with all contacts. These digital communication measures are too important to mess up. In this self-paced course, students will learn how to write professional effective and efficient emails, inquiries and replies, auto responses, text notifications, and more. Students will work through modules in collaboration with the instructor to help your digital communication become digital gold!
The instructor will email the students and arrange a time to meet during the first week of class.
Computer Fundamentals or equivalent are suggested prior to taking this course.

Cathy Manhart holds a BS and MEd in Business Education from the University of Wyoming and the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, respectively. Cathy has taught at the high school, community college, and university levels since 1982. She teaches business and computer application courses for the Career Advancement program through Adult/Community Education at Lincoln Center/Billings Public Schools. Cathy also coordinates and develops the Career Advancement business curriculum and develops specialized training for community businesses.
