This class is intensive volleyball for female high school students and is offered for players who have a minimum of junior varsity experience or equivalent. There will be workout on passing, setting, spiking and blocking with emphasis on offensive and defensive play. Lots of time for scrimmage and team play. Please wear appropriate attire-sweats or shorts and t-shirt.
