Bob Ross' mission was to make oil painting fun and rewarding for everyone. So whether you have painted before, or you have never touched a brush, these classes will show you that you need only the desire and tools to go home with a frame ready oil painting. Ray has his Bob Ross Landscape Fundamental Certification.
